When is the park open and shut?

Edwards Leisure Park offers an 8 month and a 10 and a half month season opening on the 28th February.

What facilities are available within the park?

We offer a convenience shop and launderette. Thanks to the proximity of Edwards Leisure Park, all additional facilities and amenities are just a short stroll away.

Are there any nearby attractions around the park?

Yes, there are plenty of attractions within walking distance, including bars, restaurants, fairgrounds, markets and the stunning golden sandy beach. You can also easily access other popular destinations in North Wales from our park's central location.

How close are you to the beach?

Edwards Leisure Park is a leisurely 5 minute walk to the beach.

Do you allow pets and dogs?

We welcome all pets, including dogs! We are close to North Wales cycle path which stretches for miles and miles and is great for walking dogs along whilst allowing you to take in the breath taking scenery of North Wales. There are plenty of dog-friendly beaches in the area as well, making Edwards Leisure Park a perfect destination for pet owners looking to bring their furry friends on holiday. However, we do ask that all pets are kept on a leash at all times while on the park premises for the safety and comfort of all our guests.

Do you offer your holiday homes for rent?

Regrettably, we do not offer holiday homes for rent; our selection consists solely of holiday homes for sale. Nevertheless, you may have the option to rent out a holiday home from one of our owners. Please ask for details.

Can I sublet my holiday home?

We allow our homeowners to sublet their holiday homes to family and friends as long as they understand that we are a peaceful, family-friendly park and aim to maintain that atmosphere. We value and respect the tranquillity of others during their holidays.

Can I live on the park?

Residing at Edwards Leisure Park is not permitted; residents are required to submit proof of address annually.

What can my caravan holiday home / holiday lodge be used for?

Caravan holiday homes and lodges at our park are designated for holiday use only, not as primary residences. Therefore, we request information about your main residence address and will continue to do so as long as you own the holiday home.

What types of accommodations are available at Edwards Leisure Park?

We offer a variety of modern lodges and holiday caravans tailored to suit different preferences and budgets, both 2 and 3 bedroom, each designed to offer comfort amidst the beautiful North Wales scenery.

Is financing available for purchasing a lodge or static caravan?

We provide financing via Pegasus Finance, offering flexible and affordable options for customers looking to buy their dream caravan. Whatever your requirements, we'll ensure the purchasing process is both affordable and hassle-free.

Do you offer part exchange?

We provide a part exchange service where you can trade in your current holiday home. We strive to offer you the best possible price for your new holiday home in return.

Do you provide holiday home insurance?

While we don't have holiday home insurance plans ourselves, we can point you in the right direction.
